Bema Packaging Group
A consortium of several prominent companies in the packaging industry: Bema BV, Bema GmbH, Vervo BV, FPC The Flexible Packaging Company, Allied Packaging BV, Food Process Solutions and Meda-Pak.
Our journey commenced in 2000 with Bema BV, established by Bernd and Marja Pröpper as knife sharpening specialists. In just two years, we broadened our scope to encompass packaging solutions, and our influence continued to expand with the establishment of a branch in Germany. Subsequently, other distinguished companies joined us, further bolstering our community of experts.
Bema BV
Step into Bema BV. As an undisputed leader in packaging solutions, Bema BV traces its origins back to the meat sector. However, it has since evolved into a major player across various sectors, including cheese, fish, and bakeries.
Whether you require artificial casings, vacuum bags, films, or shrink bags, Bema offers a comprehensive range that not only serves the entire industry but also extends far beyond it. Their in-house DTP department seamlessly translates concepts into tangible designs.
With a dedicated transportation system, Bema ensures deliveries within 24 hours across Western Europe. And when it comes to regular restocking, you can always depend on their reliable service.
Bema GmbH
Since 2012, Bema has been on a mission to conquer the German market, and it proved to be a resounding success. In November 2014, Bema GmbH was born, and by 2016, their storage capacity had even doubled.
In 2022, they relocated to a brand-new facility in Issum, specifically designed to enhance their service to German and European customers.
With their own fleet of vehicles, they cater to customers daily in Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, and the Benelux region.
Vervo BV
In 2020, vacuum specialist Vervo BV also became a part of the Bema Packaging Group. Located in the Green Heart of the Netherlands, Vervo boasts a modern, hygienic BRC-certified production, storage, and distribution center.
They produce vacuum shrink bags for the meat, fish, and cheese processing industries entirely in-house. This makes them highly adaptable and ready to respond quickly to changing market demands.
Additionally, they offer an extensive range of high-quality thermoforming films suitable for various applications, including the cheese and meat industries.
FPC The Flexible Packaging Company
In 2022, FPC – The Flexible Packaging Company also joined the group, strengthening its ranks. They specialize in various types of flexible packaging and collaborate with certified partners both domestically and internationally.
FPC takes full responsibility for the entire process, offering customized solutions and excelling in seamlessly integrating various applications and project phases. Their unique collaboration resolves issues in the prepress phase, ensuring fast and error-free work.
Allied Packaging
Last but certainly not least, allow us to introduce Allied Packaging BV, which joined the group alongside FPC. Their expertise blends profound market knowledge with advanced manufacturing capabilities, with a specific focus on packaging for biscuits, pastries, nuts, confectionery, and pre-cut vegetables.
They specialize in cutting various materials and provide tailor-made services, including repairs and material customization.
Food Process Solutions
In 2024, Food Process Solutions was established. The company offers advanced and innovative solutions for food processing, including various (clip) machines for artificial casings, with the option of matching clips. Food Process Solutions aims for the highest quality at a fair price.
Meda-Pak
In November 2024, Meda-Pak joins the group. Meda-Pak is a wholesale distributor of professional food packaging and offers a range of high-quality products, including aluminum foil, cling film, and plastic wrap. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, Meda-Pak has built a strong reputation.
